Bereavement

What We Do

The Bereavement Committee, which is part of the Deaconess Commission, assists with gatherings after a loved one has passed away. A time of light refreshments and fellowship following a funeral can be arranged through the church office. We also provide light meals from time to time, to families in need.

How You Can Be Involved

The Deaconess Commission and Adult Bible Communities need volunteers who are willing to help prepare such things as salads, desserts, fruit, etc. These items are usually needed on short notice. If you are wiling to serve in this way, you may contact the church office, and you will be contacted as needs arise.
