How You Can Be Involved
Here is a listing a brief description of all currently active Worship Ministries. We utilize whomever God brings, gifts, and calls. If you desire to serve in one or more ministry area, please contact our Worship Pastor, Craig Allen.
Worship Leader
We presently have 10 worship leaders developing and serving under Craig’s general oversight, among our 5 adult services and children’s worship ministry area. There is a Worship Leader’s Forum Small Group beginning in Fall ’07 for developing Worship Leaders.
“Contemporary” Worship Teams
(9:30/11:00 Worship Center) We presently have 6 rotating worship teams among our 3 adult services. Our 9:30 & 11:00 Worship Center Teams rehearse Thursday nights, 6:45-9:15 PM, vocalists 7:15-9:15 PM.
“Traditional” Worship Vocalists & Instrumentalists
(8:00 Worship Center) We presently have utilize a rotating Choir (see below), an octet, and a quartet, supplemented by weekly orchestral musicians. Approximately 1x/mo. and at peak seasons, the orchestral musicians will play for all 3 Worship Center services. Rehearsal is Sunday at 7:00 AM.
Adult Choir
(Worship Center) We offer an ongoing, weekly Choir Ministry (Sep-June). Seasonally, we expand our core allowing holiday singers to join us for Thanksgiving-Christmas and Easter, usually for 8 week mini-seasons. Choir will sing typically 1x/mo. at the 8:00 service only, and 1x/mo. at all 3 services, with weekly singing at peak seasons. Rehearsals are Wednesdays, 7:00-8:45 PM.

Vocal/Instrumental Music Ministry
(Worship Center) Opportunities for Soloists and ensembles to edify the congregation through Music Ministry.
“Children’s Worship”
(11:00, Grades 1-5, sign-in C100, pick-up C101) We started a 3rd period (11:00) Children’s Worship Ministry in the summer of ’07. The leadership team is under the hands-on leadership of Seth Nydegger, under Craig’s oversight and vision. We are looking to expand to 2 rotating leadership teams of teachers, small group shepherds, worship leaders, games, snacks, administration.
Tech Ministry
We utilize many techs every Sunday! In many cases we cross-train for serving in different locations and various arenas. Our primary, weekly ministry opportunities include live audio (3 venues, 6 services), video camera, visual projection (3 venues), tape/CD duplication. Other opportunites include audio editing, video production, media for web, presentation design, photography, videography.
